We have had another weekend filled with water fun...as you can see!
The Mr. had all the kids sprinklers hooked up...and they had their pool to dip in too...it kind of
looked a bit like a water park in my backyard on Saturday...!
I had little footprints tracking my kitchen floor and all through my house...wet trunks and cold bellies (from the water).
I had a pretty stressful week, to be honest, and I decided to give myself a break on Saturday and Sunday...
oh, was it ever needed!
I spent the time relaxing with the family, soaking up the sun, watching movies.... taking a nap! I don't even know who I am after this weekend!....especially after a nap...I can't tell you the last time that happened.
Luca requested that I take a "sneaky" picture...one of them of course...but his instructions where that I had to be "hiding" when I took it...lol silly kiddo....the above picture is my attempt at "being sneaky" and taking their picture from behind some shrubbery....look at that sprinkler go!
they just couldn't get enough...their fun and excitement was a little contagious...they even had me in the little kiddie pool at one point...hahaha ohhhhh it was so cold! I am also fully aware at how ridiculous i am sure I looked... :) But hey, you only live once right!?!?
