Walking With Prancer....or Blitzen...?!

we seem to have finally gotten into the groove of our new neighborhood...
after 3 months, it feels time.
we have been going on almost daily walks around our new "loop"
and feels great to get back into this old tradition
no matter that the location has changed.

these kiddos seem to love it too...luca is always jumping get out and look for "adventures"
until we pass the street our neighborhood park is on (some of the days)...then he has
a little meltdown...
but who could blame him...I mean the park is pretty awesome!

he's kind of clueless...but super cute in his hoodie...
...he has started to point at things as we walk by...
and talk back to the squirrels we encounter...
surprisingly, baby chatter and squirrel chatter
sounds quite similar ...who knew...

on our last walk...we picked this stick up somewhere along the way...
and instantly turned this eighteen wheeler-esque stroller
into something more closely resembling Santa's sleigh...
reindeer, antlers and all

:)

Do you and your kiddos ever go on walks?
What are some of your daily "adventures" ?

What a beautiful neighborhood you are in. I just wish there were more trees where I live. If weather were to allow it we would spend every waking hour outside, but because we live in good old Utah..we settle for some indoor stuff like reading time at the library. Can't complain though, we will be on the beach in less than a week! Yayyyy :)

so fun! we love our neighborhood walks and runs. although i don't look as cute as you! i usually have dirty hair pulled back and i'm doting my running clothes - not pictureworthy! haha! your boys, oh so cute. we must hang soon, after the holidays. miss you!

Yes, mine are too big to fit in a stroller nowadays {miss that} but we do still take walks and I love it. The randomness of conversation that happens and just being. Love how yours turned into a sleigh....:)

no kids yet, but my husband and i love to walk pablo around the dirt roads near our house. it's so far out in the middle of smack-dab nowhere, but a few weeks ago, an ice cream man drove by! it was unbelievable.
