We Are the Spartans...

...today, because the Mr. said that it would make a great title...and for once (ok maybe more than once) I had to agree with him...you'll see why in a sec.

Taking pics with my kiddos is a challenge in the most funniest of ways...especially if you scroll through my camera at any time and see the picture progression that constitutes are craziness...

So what better way to tell you what I am talking about than to show you, right?!?!

Ok here we go!

We're off to a promising start! The kiddos are both looking in the general direction of the camera and smiling...I'm impressed...

...but then....

someone gets boogies all over his shirt...and we don't want pictures with boogie shirts...and you don't want to see boogies...unless you're a doctor or something...and 20 years from now I don't want to feel like the mom who made her kiddos wear boogie clothes...

...so off comes the shirts... cause ya know one can't have his shirt off without the other complaining wanting his off too... and no, I did not take mine off and join the crowd...that would really be a scary picture...and you all don't want that either.

Then Luca sees brother getting kisses and wants one too...but then Canaan gets upset because he wanted all the kisses and is, by this time, thoroughly over getting his picture taken....see the progression...

I digress....

...finally, we arrive at this... and by this I mean the " We Are the Spartans" picture...I look like the proud mother of two warriors in training....hey folks, it's a tough world out there... and they do have some pretty impressive pectoral muscles I must say...

Embrace that Camera!
