A New Photographer's In Town....

Luca is an artist...he has a true artist's heart..
he is creative to a fault... a gift he has yet to fully realize...
I am momma...I know this..
So when he wanted to be the photographer for a change...
...for the first time ever really, ( with my good camera)
I let him.
I'm really glad I did.
Now obviously he didn't edit...
we'll give that a couple of years ;)
but, I think I got to see myself; "momma"
through his eyes- his lens- for the first time.
Makes me stop and think, how do I want him to see
me on a daily basis? What do I want to look like as
his momma?
This kid, he makes me want to be better all the time....
he's a true piece of work...and a masterful work of art.

Well, I think he did a fine job! He's captured your adoration of him as you can tell your looking past the lens at him. Lovely words too.

thanks so much for all your sweet comments ladies! I am so happy you all stopped by for a visit!

Rebecca- thank you for prompting me to remember the little things more! I am grateful for how it has reminded me to take more time each day to notice, remember and acknowledge the small wonders that take place with little ones!
